We are now hiring a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us scale new opportunities in the government and election technology sector.

We are looking for a Business Development professional who can lead strategic growth initiatives with government bodies, election commissions, and institutional clients across India and international markets.

You will work closely on high-value tenders, institutional partnerships, and business expansion for secure electoral infrastructure and manufacturing solutions.

• Manage relationships with the Election Commission of India (ECI), IIIDEM, government agencies, and international Election Management Bodies (EMBs)

• Handle end-to-end government tendering processes, including documentation, compliance, coordination, and execution

• Build strategic connections with officials, procurement departments, and institutional stakeholders

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the election technology and manufacturing sectors

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2G sales, government relations, or institutional sales

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in business development are encouraged to apply

• Candidates pursuing a Distance MBA after B.Tech are also welcome to apply

• Exposure to government projects, tenders, or election-related organizations will be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and coordination skills

• B.Tech + MBA (Completed or Pursuing)

• Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate preferred
