Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing partnerships, and promoting our astrology, numerology, and Vastu services to potential clients. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to align business strategy with organizational goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and client acquisition strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams to achieve company objectives.
• Knowledge or interest in Astrology, Numerology, or Vastu is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking and improving performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
