Job Title: Business Development Manager EdTech Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3-5 years

Team Size: Handling 1012 members

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record in EdTech sales and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, the ability to drive revenue, and a mindset to lead, grow, and scale high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 1012 Business Development Executives

Drive individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Monitor daily performance metrics, call quality, conversions, and revenue

Coach and mentor team members through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews

Strategize and implement sales plans to improve productivity and conversion rates

Work closely with senior management on forecasting, reporting, and business planning

Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and compliance standards

Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)

Strong team handling experience with a minimum of 1012 members

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
