Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a New Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and creating new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, managing client accounts, and leading the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustained business growth is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in delivering impactful Sales Presentations and closing deals
  • Strong Account Management and client relationship-building skills
  • Previous successful experience in Sales, achieving and surpassing targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the media and PR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Post Graduate, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

Experience

  • 24 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset, focused on achieving business goals and contributing to overall growth.
