Requirements
- Should have at least 3+ years of experience in IT sales and staff augmentation.
- Should be able to work individually for end-to-end closures.
- Should be able to bring new logos to the team.
- Should be keen to attend meetups and various events within India and across the globe.
- Should have experience in handling various AI-based sales tools eg. Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented.
- Should be excellent in communication (written and verbal).
- Should have good experience in lead generation.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Should be good at cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process.
