Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager at Orion Digital. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities may also include creating presentations, managing proposals, coordinating marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client acquisition and account management
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, Online Reputation Management, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for crafting presentations, pitches, and business proposals
• Proven ability in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Strategic thinking and team collaboration skills to align business development initiatives with company goals
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for tracking and reporting sales performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in digital agencies or marketing firms is a strong advantage
