Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive new business initiatives, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospective clients into members.

Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and managing the sales process to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, reporting progress, and ensuring exceptional member satisfaction through personalized service.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client pitching, and negotiation.
  2. Experience in strategic planning, partnership development, and market opportunity identification.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
  4. Ability to work independently in an on-site environment while delivering results in a fast-paced startup culture.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting to track performance and sales metrics.
  6. Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury products is a plus.
  7. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
