About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify, engage, and grow corporate accounts with requirements in branding, signage, in-store POP, displays, and fabric-frame lightboxes.

You'll be responsible for managing the sales funnel end-to-end, driving monthly closures, conducting market research, and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers across large organisations.

What You'll Own:

Discovering and targeting high-potential corporations with large-scale branding & display needs

Achieving monthly account closure & revenue goals

Conducting market research and mining high-quality data for strong prospect pipelines

Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers & influencers

Driving awareness of our full service offering within existing accounts

Collaborating with internal teams to craft customised proposals

Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics with precision

What We're Looking For:

24 years of corporate sales experience ideally in Exhibitions, Trade Shows, or Retail

Strong communication and presentation skills

Confident in negotiations & problem-solving

Experience handling client meetings, strategic reviews, and data analysis

A proactive individual contributor with a collaborative, positive mindset
