Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Services
Location: Noida
Experience: 3–6 Years
Ctc : 7lpa ( Depends on interview )
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in IT Services, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing strategic accounts while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and corporate clients.
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through multiple channels including GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
• Manage and grow key strategic accounts to maximize client retention and revenue.
• Lead high-value deal negotiations and ensure successful closures.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.
• Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for solution positioning, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
• Provide regular MIS reports and performance updates to CEO & CTO.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Good understanding of IT Services, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GeM portal and government bidding processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT Services / Infrastructure domain.
• Experience in handling enterprise clients and government projects is a plus.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
