Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, consultative selling, and relationship management, with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships within the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, hospital, and healthcare technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and business challenges.
  • Present Onvyn's consulting, branding, digital marketing, and growth solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client engagement.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline performance, and revenue targets through CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, healthcare marketing, consulting, or agency sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
