Location: Pune / Mumbai (Covering Enterprise Accounts Across India)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to drive business growth for SAP solutions across India. The ideal candidate will possess strong enterprise sales experience, a basic understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud ALM, and the ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders. The role requires extensive client interaction, account management, business development, and travel across customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SAP solutions and services.

* Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across enterprise accounts throughout India.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Business Stakeholders.

* Promote SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, and related SAP solution offerings.

* Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and solution discussions.

* Work closely with SAP practice teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to create winning proposals.

* Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

* Maintain opportunity pipeline, forecasts, and customer engagement activities through CRM tools.

* Participate in RFPs, RFIs, proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.

* Develop account plans and execute strategic sales initiatives within assigned territories.

* Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

* Stay updated on SAP market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, SAP Sales, Business Development, or Consulting Sales.

* Basic understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools and SAP Cloud ALM.

* Strong experience in SAP services, SAP implementation projects, AMS, cloud transformation, or digital transformation sales.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.

* Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

* Ability to engage with senior management and decision-makers.

* Strong proposal management and commercial negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience selling SAP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, or SAP Managed Services.

* Existing network within large enterprise customers across India.

* Understanding of SAP ecosystem, implementation methodologies, and transformation programs.

Travel Requirement

* Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer meetings, account management, business development activities, and onsite engagements.
