The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building new client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the eCommerce market. Responsibilities include generating leads, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying business needs, and aligning them with company offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Strong skills in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building
• Experience in sales strategy, client presentations, and contract negotiations
• Proficiency in market analysis, identifying emerging trends, and competitive research
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and understanding of eCommerce operations
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the eCommerce industry or digital marketing is an advantage
