We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Full-Cycle Sales) | Ksystematics Pvt. Ltd.

Ksystematics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

If you can build relationships, understand business needs, and convert opportunities into revenue, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
  • Connect with decision-makers and business owners
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable digital solutions
  • Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Close deals and contribute directly to revenue

This is a full-cycle role (lead generation + closing).

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant skills and practical experience are equally valued

Experience:

  • 13 years in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in digital services or agency sales is a plus

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month
  • High performance-based incentives on every deal
  • Earning potential: 50,000 2,00,000+ per month
