About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, disciplined Business Development Executive to run our outreach operations full-time. This is a high-volume execution role. You will not be closing deals - your job is to identify the right prospects, initiate contact, and hand off interested leads to the founder.
What You'll Do
- Research and build prospect lists of digital agencies using Apollo.io and LinkedIn
- Execute daily cold email sequences using pre-written templates
- Run LinkedIn outreach - connection requests, follow-ups, and DMs
- Monitor replies and flag warm leads immediately
- Record personalized Loom videos for high-value prospects (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and outreach tracker
- Follow documented SOPs for every part of the process
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in outreach, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
- Basic written English communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume daily work
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is a must
- Experience with Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, or any CRM is a bonus but not required
