Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Daily responsibilities include market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and achieving revenue targets by implementing growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. The individual will also represent Offenso at industry events and explore opportunities to expand the academy's global outreach.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales, minimum 1 year experience in leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity training industry and emerging tech trends
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive Market Analysis and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing business proposals and handling contract negotiations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Professional demeanor, teamwork skills, and the ability to represent the organization in formal settings
  • Proficiency in business tools and CRM software is an added advantage
