We're Hiring: Business Development Manager Exhibition Industry | Novatech Expo
Novatech Expo is expanding, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the exhibition world inside out. If you have deep experience in selling exhibition booths, pavilions, stall fabrication, and brand activations, this role is built for you.
We work with top brands across India and global markets, delivering high-impact exhibition booths and large-scale pavilions. Now we are looking for someone who can take our sales to the next level.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within the exhibition and event fabrication industry
- Strong understanding of booth fabrication, materials, production timelines, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution
- Proven ability to close deals for exhibition stalls, country pavilions, experiential spaces, and custom stands
- Experience working with brand managers, marketing heads, procurement teams, and exhibition organizers
- Someone who can build pipelines, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long-term clients
- Ability to work closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery
What you'll do
- Drive B2B sales for exhibition booths and pavilions
- Identify, pitch, and convert brands participating in major expos across India and abroad
- Build long-term partnerships with agencies, corporates, and industry-specific exhibitors
- Create and implement sales strategies designed exclusively for the exhibition ecosystem
- Manage client briefs, budgets, proposals, follow-ups, and final closures
