Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
- Represent Red Cube Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services and expand client base.
Key Skills Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development roles within a digital marketing agency or digital advertising company is a must.
- At least 1+ year in a managerial or team lead role, with proven ability to guide, motivate, or mentor a team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
