Job Description:
Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will spearhead market expansion for premium international academic offerings. This role drives structured outreach, institutional engagement, and high-velocity lead generation within engineering and technical student ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and scale partnerships with targeted educational institutions and GATE / PGECET coaching centres.
- Drive seminar/webinar scheduling and ensure consistent product visibility across priority campuses.
- Source high-intent leads through institutional channels, external data procurement, and partner collaborations.
- Navigate students through awareness and interest-building phases toward qualification and conversion.
- Maintain a robust pipeline aligned to monthly targets and organizational revenue milestones.
- Collaborate with counselling and client success teams to accelerate deal velocity and address conversion barriers.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must have 3-4 years of Experience in Higher education sales.
- BBA / MBA Graduates.
- Good Connects with the Engineering Colleges / Universities in Telangana.
- Strong institutional selling capability and stakeholder management.
- High execution bandwidth with a result-first mindset.
- Fluent communication, persuasive presentation skills, and structured funnel handling.
- Prior experience in education, training, or service-oriented sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
