Location - Pune

CTC - Upto 5LPA Fixed + 48k Travel allowance + 50k Variable

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (SaaS Sales) based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales process for SaaS products, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating tailored solutions for potential clients, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client success and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales track record and ability to meet targets in field sales.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.
  • Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application Products/solutions.
  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, and emphasize product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
  • Capabilities of selling Hardware IOT devices
  • Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and Societies,accounting services partners and builders to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
  • Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities
  • Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA.
