Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving sales, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships within the education ecosystem.

• Generate leads through offline marketing initiatives
• Build brand awareness within student communities and educational institutions
• Develop and maintain a local student inquiry database
• Convert leads by guiding students through the admission process
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Collaborate with coaching institutes, schools, and tuition centers for lead generation
• Establish referral networks and strong B2B partnerships

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales (education sector preferred)
• Strong passion for sales and student engagement
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
