Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Support Professional to manage and support commercial activities across the sales lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
>Manage all commercial aspects of quotations, bids, and tenders.
>Review and analyze prequalification documents, invitations to tender, and customer requirements.
>Evaluate and optimize commercial terms, including contracts, tax structures, insurance, currency risks, and cash flow.
>Support the Sales team with pricing, cost calculations, margin analysis, and commercial documentation.
>Lead internal sales approval and governance processes in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
>Manage order financials from bid stage through order handover, ensuring accuracy of costs, pricing, and forecasts.
>Identify, assess, and monitor commercial and customer credit risks, with timely reporting and mitigation.
>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (approval matrix, financial controls, tax, ECC, hedging, etc.).
>Review, vet, and coordinate issuance of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
>Handle sales administration activities, including customer creation, credit rating, internal approvals, and documentation management.
Experience & Qualification:
>3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial sales support, finance, or related roles.
>Master's degree in commerce or finance, or professional qualifications such as CA, CS, or Legal Graduate (LLB or equivalent).
