Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Vadodara for a Creative Space & Community Reception Executive. We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Creative Space & Community Reception Executive to breathe life into our venue. This isn't just a booking agent role—it's a hybrid position for someone who is part curator, part marketer, and part closer. You will be the face of our space, responsible for filling the calendar with diverse programming—ranging from hands-on workshops and corporate trainings to art exhibitions and intimate social gatherings.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

·    Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to local artists, educators, corporate HR teams, and event planners.

·    Pipeline Management: Handle inquiries from initial tour to proposal sending to payment collection.

·    Revenue Optimization: Develop pricing strategies for peak/off-peak times and create bundled packages for recurring workshops.

2. Marketing & Brand Awareness

·    Content Creation: Manage social media channels (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn) to showcase the space's aesthetic and past events.

·    Community Outreach: Represent the brand at local networking events and creative meetups.

·    Digital Presence: Update website listings and manage profiles on venue-booking platforms.

3. Venue & Event Management

·    On-site Coordination: Ensure the space is stage-ready (cleanliness, tech setup, furniture layout) before every booking.

·    Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with preferred caterers, equipment rentals, and cleaning crews.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years in venue management, event planning, or creative marketing.
• Proficiency in ENGLISH and GUJARATI is a MUST.
• Experience in a co-working space or art gallery environment is a major plus.
