Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT services, including resource augmentation, outsourcing, and IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services (Resource Augmentation, IT Outsourcing, Managed Services).
  • Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical requirements.
  • Pitch IT solutions and staffing services to potential clients across domestic and international markets.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, resource augmentation, or outsourcing services.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and staffing models (Contract, C2H, Permanent).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling clients from US, UK, or other international markets is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
  • Existing client network in IT services domain.
  • Ability to close high-value deals and long-term contracts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue generation and sales targets achievement.
  • Number of new client acquisitions.
  • Lead conversion ratio.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rate.
