Backed by Neo Group -India's premiere wealth & asset management firms managing over 55,000CR+ of HNI wealth - we are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to scale partnership-led distribution across our products.
What you will own
- Identify and close partnerships with online & offline businesses to increase distribution & revenue for our products
- Drive bulk deployments and co-branded rollouts
- Run end-to-end deal cycles: outreach pitch negotiation closure go-live
- Build & scale repeatable distribution channels
- Work directly with leadership to shape GTM, partnerships, and rollout strategy
You should have
- 5+ years in business development / sales / partnerships / alliances
- Strong outbound, negotiation, and closure skills
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders (CXOs / founders / principals / category heads)
- Ability to operate independently with ownership and execute without a support team
- Existing industry relationships are a plus, but not a requirement
