NeoFinity is building India's next-generation payments, savings, and credit stack for GenZ.

Backed by Neo Group -India's premiere wealth & asset management firms managing over 55,000CR+ of HNI wealth - we are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to scale partnership-led distribution across our products.

What you will own

  • Identify and close partnerships with online & offline businesses to increase distribution & revenue for our products
  • Drive bulk deployments and co-branded rollouts
  • Run end-to-end deal cycles: outreach pitch negotiation closure go-live
  • Build & scale repeatable distribution channels
  • Work directly with leadership to shape GTM, partnerships, and rollout strategy

You should have

  • 5+ years in business development / sales / partnerships / alliances
  • Strong outbound, negotiation, and closure skills
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders (CXOs / founders / principals / category heads)
  • Ability to operate independently with ownership and execute without a support team
  • Existing industry relationships are a plus, but not a requirement
