Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Business Growth
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring recruitment, staffing, or RPO services.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and industry connections.
Industry-Focused Sales Strategy
- Leverage prior experience in the staffing industry to pitch recruitment solutions effectively.
- Understand client hiring challenges and position tailored staffing solutions accordingly.
- Drive consultative selling by aligning services with client workforce and growth needs.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers across target organizations.
- Act as a trusted talent partner by understanding long-term hiring roadmaps.
- Ensure high client retention through consistent engagement and service excellence.
Proposal and Deal Closure
- Prepare customized proposals, commercial discussions, and service agreements.
- Negotiate terms and close recruitment and RPO mandates.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery post client onboarding.
Market Intelligence and Expansion
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry hiring demands.
- Identify new sectors and geographies for business expansion within staffing services.
- Provide insights to leadership for strategic growth initiatives.
