Business Development Manager

Established in 2016, mindstudio is an Architecture & Interior Design studio known for its expertise in Workplace Strategy, Space Planning, Interior Design, MEP Design & Execution, and Project Management. With over 65 years of combined experience, the team specializes in fast-track design projects that deliver dynamic and enduring workspaces to support clients corporate goals. Operating across India, mindstudio takes a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to its projects, with active engagements in major metro cities including Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and driving sales growth. Other responsibilities include market research, collaboration with the design and project management teams, and presenting tailored solutions to meet clients needs.

• Proficiency in Market Research, Business Analytics, and understanding client requirements
• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience with Proposal Preparation, Business Pitching, and Collaborative Teamwork methods
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Architecture or Interior Design will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
