Hiring: Business Development Manager 

Company: MfunL – Healthcare Digital Marketing Agency

Location: P-534 Raja Basanta Roy Road, South Kolkata - 700029 (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 years in Sales/Business Development. Minimum 2 years in Team Handling.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to close deals and convert warm leads into paying clients in a performance-driven environment. Focus on revenue generation and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives
  • Engage with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant digital marketing services
  • Follow up consistently and drive leads to closure
  • Convert leads into paying clients and exceed revenue targets
  • Guide and support junior sales team members
  • Ensure team stays on track with follow-ups and conversions 

Skills:

  • Strong closing abilities and target-driven mindset
  • Confident communicator with excellent objection handling
  • Experience in digital marketing or service sales
  • Ability to lead by example and guide junior team members

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary (CTC): ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + high performance-based incentives
