Job Description – Sales Manager (Hospital & Doctor Tie-ups)
Role Objective
To drive business growth by building strong referral partnerships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions for home care services, membership plans, and medical equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and individual doctors
- Build a strong referral network in assigned territory
Revenue Generation
- Generate business for:
- Home healthcare services
- Elder care membership plans
- Medical equipment sales/rentals
Lead Management
- Convert doctor/hospital referrals into paying clients
- Maintain strong follow-up and closure ratio
Relationship Management
- Regular visits to doctors, hospital admins, discharge teams
- Ensure continuous engagement and repeat referrals
Brand Promotion
- Conduct presentations, camps, CMEs, and awareness sessions
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with operations for seamless service delivery
Reporting
- Maintain daily activity tracker, pipeline, and conversion reports
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years in healthcare/B2B/B2C sales
- Experience in hospital tie-ups / pharma / medical devices / healthcare services preferred
- Strong local network of doctors/hospitals (added advantage)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

1. Business Metrics
- Monthly Revenue Target (e.g. ₹10–25 Lakhs depending on territory)

- No. of Active Doctor Tie-ups (Monthly)
- No. of Hospital/Nursing Home Tie-ups

- Doctor Visits (Daily/Weekly)
