Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategizing to achieve business targets. Day-to-day activities include market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve monitoring industry trends and competitor activities and developing strategic goals to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and lead generation
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and market research capabilities
  • Ability to assess industry trends and create business growth strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the furniture, security solutions, or commercial equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work on the field.
