Job Title: Business Development Manager (Digital Solution Sales)

Location: Okhla Phase-3, Delhi (On-Site)

Budget: 7 to 12 LPA (Depends on Interview)
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the company's business model and strategic objectives to identify potential clients across government, private, domestic, and international sectors.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers through emails, calls, and in-person meetings. Effectively present the company's portfolio, strengths, and achievements.
Participate in tendering and bidding processes, collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, documentation, and presentations.
Create customized pitch presentations based on client requirements, including:
Conceptual designs and storytelling
Dummy projects and prototypes
Comparative analysis (existing vs. proposed solutions)
Commercial proposals, marketing targets, and P&L projections
Develop detailed business plans, including cost structures and project scope, in coordination with the costing team.
Lead negotiations with clients to successfully finalize and execute projects.
Ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks within the Business Development department and maintain cross-functional collaboration.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
Highly dynamic, self-motivated, and strategic thinker with a strong drive for business growth.
Proven ability to create business plans and develop commercial models.
Experience in maintaining and updating client databases through research and ongoing communication.
Strong relationship management skills with consistent follow-up practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to collaborate closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and provide regular updates.
Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience in the Digital Marketing or Publishing industry.
