Role Overview

The Business Development Executive Franchise & Partnerships will play a key role in expanding Maitys footprint by onboarding franchise partners, managing strategic alliances, and driving retail collaborations. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and support new franchise partners to expand the Maitys network
  • Initiate and manage strategic alliances and retail partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support expansion strategy
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Marketing teams to ensure partner success
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve partner acquisition targets
  • Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and trade shows
  • Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and provide regular business updates to leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 24 years of experience in business development, franchise development, retail trade, or strategic alliances
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Exposure to healthcare or medical services is an added advantage
