Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for CUS Tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research.
  • Generate and qualify leads for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable service offerings.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.

  • Track sales activities, pipelines, and closures using CRM tools.
