Trakky is hiring a Business Development Manager On Field Sales & Online sales to sell Trakky's salon management software solutions and value-added services.

Key Role Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals

Conduct product demos and onboard salons

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Achieve sales targets for products and services

Participate in local marketing activities

Resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service offerings and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1- 2 years Experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth market research
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Team collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in the grooming and wellness industry is an advantage
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets and goals
