Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: 4 LPA

Experience: 38 years (Franchise Development / Retail Trade / Strategic Alliances)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead franchise growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market presence. If you are result-oriented and passionate about scaling businesses, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Growth

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand the company's footprint.
  • Build a strong funnel through structured prospecting and market mapping.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and supportive partner experience.

Strategic Alliances

  • Drive brand visibility through partnerships, collaborations, and business tie-ups.
  • Explore new revenue channels and market opportunities.

Market Research

  • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.
  • Analyze competitor activity and emerging trends.

Partner Support

  • Assist franchise partners with business planning, operational setup, and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally for onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Target Achievement

  • Deliver franchise acquisition targets and drive revenue growth through strategic alliances.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure timely goal execution.

Industry Representation

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking forums.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in franchise development, partner onboarding, and expansion.
  • Background in retail trade and strategic alliances.
  • Exposure to the healthcare or medical domain (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
