Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Join In Campus and promote its services to education agents, counselors, and institutional partners
- Drive student recruitment efforts to meet and exceed regional targets
- Negotiate partnership terms and deliver training sessions to agents and their teams
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure agent engagement and performance
- Guide agents to enhance the quality and volume of student applications
- Address client queries with professionalism and timely resolution
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Conduct market research and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Onboard and nurture relationships with new agents and partners
- Lead and coordinate marketing events, seminars, and outreach campaigns
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry
- Proven track record in student counseling, recruitment, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems and university application processes
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or related field
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to across regions
