Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and follow up on leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for the agency's digital marketing services. The role involves conducting client discovery calls, understanding business objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored marketing solutions. The individual will prepare and deliver persuasive pitches, manage negotiations, and close deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities also include nurturing long-term client relationships, tracking market trends and competitors, and providing regular revenue and activity reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management to drive new business.
  • Proficiency in sales presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience using CRM and Upwork bidding
  • Proven track record in business development, account management, or B2B sales, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with international markets and selling to clients across time zones is an advantage.
