Hiring: Business Development Executive (In-House Sales)

Indore (On-site) | Full-time

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our in-house sales team at our Indore HQ.

You'll be responsible for pipeline generation, outreach, and lead qualification, working closely with the founding team to drive revenue from global AI and tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across US, Europe, Singapore & India
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, follow-ups)
  • Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot/SalesFlow) and maintain pipeline hygiene
  • Track outreach performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
  • Assist in proposal creation, decks, and sales collateral
  • Conduct market & competitor research (Scale AI, Turing, Labelbox, etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings with leadership and prepare client briefs
  • Engage in LinkedIn social selling and nurture leads

Must-Have Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation
  • Background in IT Services / SaaS / Staffing / AI/Data Services preferred
  • Strong communication and outreach writing skills
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce)
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership and consistency

Good to Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML, data annotation, or LLM workflows
  • Experience with outbound tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead)
  • Understanding of RLHF / LLM training processes
  • Basic content creation (LinkedIn posts, case studies)
