Role Description In this full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding business with existing clients. You will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and clearly communicate the value of Ease Commerce's CRM solutions to decision-makers. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies, gather market feedback, and support successful onboarding. The role also involves tracking key sales metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or software solutions.
  • Strong abilities in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
  • Comfort with product demos, presentations, and solution-based discussions with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the Indian SaaS, tech, or e-commerce ecosystem and familiarity with Indore or surrounding markets is a plus.
