Role Description In this full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding business with existing clients. You will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and clearly communicate the value of Ease Commerce's CRM solutions to decision-makers. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies, gather market feedback, and support successful onboarding. The role also involves tracking key sales metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings as needed.
