What You'll Do

Identify, onboard, and support new franchise partners to expand the Maitry's network across Indore and surrounding regions

Initiate, manage, and grow strategic alliances and retail collaborations with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community centers

Build and nurture relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders in the elder care ecosystem

Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and help shape growth strategy for the Indore region

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Training, Marketing) to ensure partner success and service quality

Drive revenue and partner acquisition targets while representing the brand at events, trade shows, and community forums

Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and provide regular business updates to leadership

Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities

You'll Succeed If You Have

24 years of experience in franchise development, retail trade, business development, or strategic alliances

Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel frequently within Indore and surrounding districts

Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Exposure to healthcare, medical, or senior care sector is a plus

Strong data management skills and comfort with CRM tools

Understanding of Indore's market dynamics and business landscape (preferred)
