What You'll Do

· Identify, onboard, and support new franchise partners to expand the Maitry's network across Indore and surrounding regions

· Initiate, manage, and grow strategic alliances and retail collaborations with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community centers

· Build and nurture relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders in the elder care ecosystem

· Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and help shape growth strategy for the Indore region

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Training, Marketing) to ensure partner success and service quality

· Drive revenue and partner acquisition targets while representing the brand at events, trade shows, and community forums

· Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and provide regular business updates to leadership

· Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities

You'll Succeed If You Have

· 2–4 years of experience in franchise development, retail trade, business development, or strategic alliances

· Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

· Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to travel frequently within Indore and surrounding districts

· Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

· Exposure to healthcare, medical, or senior care sector is a plus

· Strong data management skills and comfort with CRM tools

· Understanding of Indore's market dynamics and business landscape (preferred)
