Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives, and representing Leostarts at events or client meetings. The Business Development Manager will contribute towards establishing partnerships and expanding the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Communication, Networking, and Negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and allied industries; experience with startups or MSMEs is a plus
- Flexibility to work on-site in Pune and willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and delivering client satisfaction
