Job Title: Business Development Manager (VLSI)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to drive student admissions for our VLSI training programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of navigating the entire sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and technical counseling to final conversion and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Drive admissions by proactively generating leads through cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, social media outreach, and handling walk-in inquiries.
  • Convert high-intent prospects into enrolled students to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

2. Expert Career Counseling

  • Act as a subject matter expert to counsel students and parents on VLSI career paths, industry trends, and the ROI of our certification programs.
  • Address technical queries and roadblocks to instill confidence in prospective candidates.

3. Strategic Relationship Management

  • Corporate & Academic Outreach: Visit engineering colleges and semiconductor companies to establish MoUs and strategic partnerships.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous follow-ups with prospective students using a persistent yet consultative approach.

4. Data & Marketing Coordination

  • CRM Mastery: Maintain 100% accurate data in the CRM and generate daily/weekly sales performance reports for management.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and assist in executing promotional campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales or Admissions (experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Technical Training sectors is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language].
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared, or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under target-driven pressure.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for college visits and corporate meetings as required.
