Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating leads. The candidate will assess market trends, create strategic plans for business acquisition, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets. Regular reporting on sales progress, active participation in client meetings, and negotiation with potential customers will also be key responsibilities.

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services or related sectors
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage responsibilities independently
