Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling presentations, managing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to identify potential growth areas. The Business Development Manager will also focus on expanding the company's dealer network and fostering long-term partnerships with clients in the hospitality and B2B sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic growth opportunities
• Proficiency in market research and business strategy planning
• Experience in the textiles industry or hospitality sector is an advantage
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Indore and travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities
