This is a full-time, on-site External Collaborator role based in Indore. The role involves fostering strong relationships with partner salons, ensuring successful implementation of solutions, and maintaining constant communication for enhanced support. Day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, presenting tailored strategies, offering guidance on premium products, and collaborating on marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue generation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in business development, client relations, or sales.
• Understanding of marketing principles, customer acquisition strategies, and branding techniques.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for growth.
• Familiarity with the salon or beauty industry is a plus.
• Adaptability and willingness to work on-site in Indore.
