What the role covers:
- Shape client needs into clear proposals.
- Convert incoming leads into signed projects.
- Build and deepen client relationships across pharma, med tech, consulting, and hospitals.
- Spot cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Work with bid, field, and operations teams for feasibility and pricing.
- Ensure smooth delivery through clear handovers.
- Maintain an accurate revenue pipeline and CRM updates.

- Not cold hunting.
- Not back-office coordination.
- Not order taking.
