Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the direct channel in the life insurance sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and the regulatory environment in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
