Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-5 years

Industry Preference: NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs (loan sales)

Business Development Manager Loans

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new customers through direct sales and field activities.
  • Promote and sell financial products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, secured/unsecured loans).
  • Generate leads via networking, references, cold calling, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Finance (preferred).
  • 4-5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI/Financial Services (loan sales).
  • Strong track record in field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
