Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Develop new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs, tenders,
Build and maintain relationships with key clients,
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and closing deals
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Excellent sales, marketing, and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Knowledge of hospitality technology and innovation trends
Certification in hospitality sales and marketing (e.g., CHSE, CSM)
