Business Development Manager Loans
Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new customers through direct sales and field activities.
- Promote and sell financial products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, secured/unsecured loans).
- Generate leads via networking, references, cold calling, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth processing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Finance (preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI/Financial Services (loan sales).
- Strong track record in field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
